Recently, I discovered my interest in photography which developed into documenting everyday life. Finding the beauty in daily life allows me to look at the details throughout the day and to see the unexpected and overlooked. This all started when I was abroad in Europe this pas summer and spontaneously took a picture of my gelato over the Seine. The picture and the “Gelatoing” began. In this series, I’ve combined two of my favorite things: travel and ice cream. I’m capturing the world and the ice cream acts as a novelty, a common theme to tie each place together.
